We don't currently offer any gift wrapping or gift card services when sending your order as a gift, other than our free, standard gift message that is printed on the internal documents. However, both gift wrapping and gift cards will be something we will be trialling in the near future.

Unfortunately, we are unable to give valuations for any purposes for products manufactured by ourselves. We suggest you contact your local antiques dealer to obtain a valuation.

Due to our small team of Customer Care advisors we don't always get the chance to search for products or patterns through back-catalogues or are unable to provide the information requested within required timeframes. We tend only to have excess stock of recently (within the last 2 years) discontinued items within the Outlet section on this site when available at different times during the year - sign up to our Newsletter at the bottom of this page to be informed when our online Outlet is next available. Yes, of course. Simply call us on +44 (0)1782 282875 (Monday-Friday, 10am-5pm, Saturday-Sunday, 10am-4pm GMT) and someone will be able to place an order for your replacement Waterford clock face.

Each time you order through our website, you will receive two emails from us:

1. An order acknowledgement email should arrive in your inbox immediately letting you know your order was received.
2. A despatch confirmation email, including tracking details will be sent to alert you when your order leaves our warehouse. This email will let you know that your order is on its way to you.

The excellent news is if you are registered with us is you can track the status of your order simply by logging in to your account.

If your order is being shipped outside of the UK or EU and your order despatch email does not include tracking details please get in touch with our Customer Service advisors who will gladly help.

Due to the process of our order fulfillment we cannot add products to orders that have already been placed. Once an order is placed it is sent to our distribution centre who then prioritise the picking and packing of the products immediately to ensure next day despatch, via our preferred courier service, is achieved.
